Qitmeer's Blessings is a trust incorporated in July 2024 for the welfare of street animals. Rabab Zaidi is the founder trustee, and she is helped by Fayrouz Zaidi, the trust secretary, and Ajit Jain, the treasurer. Shadaab Shaik has been supporting Qitmeer's Blessings' mission very closely and is especially helpful in technical support areas.
Mrs. Umm-e-Rabab Zaidi, believe that one very important component of my energy to serve is that I had once torn a ligament and a muscle in my lower back simultaneously, and was in excruciating pain to say the least. I was out of circulation, as they say, and was pretty confined to home rest and would do just a tiny bit of walking. I deeply empathize with those souls especially who are helplessly in pain, and unable to move freely. I could not pick up my towel on my own without assistance. Since I am now healed, I wish to serve those especially who cannot express their painful situation in words and who are dependent on others for their basic needs. I feel I Echo.
Rabab Zaidi, is the founder trustee of Qitmeer's Blessings and has been rescuing street dogs since 2009. She lives in Sector 26, Noida, and devotes most of her time to them, about 42 as of now, and strives to take care of their health and nutrition with the help of a dedicated support team and capable vets.
Fayrouz Zaidi, secretary of Qitmeer's Blessings, has been rescuing dogs since 2009. She feeds and takes care of dogs in her city of Hyderabad, and makes sure their needs are fulfilled. She looks after her park dogs and cats, and devotes time to fulfill her responsibilities of the secretary of the trust.
Ajit Jain is Qitmeer's Blessings treasurer, and is a animal lover who has kept dogs in his house for as long as he can remember. He showers affection on his community dogs. He devotes time as treasurer and takes care of the finances of the trust.
Shadaab is very passionate about animals in general, and dogs in particular. He extends his support in multiple ways, especially technical support and food for our street pets.
Aditya a dedicated volunteer from sector 26, Noida, has been there through thick and thin (risking COVID and facing unsympathetic residents, etc.) in order to provide these street pets with much needed medical attention. Ram Kumar was the main volunteer for Goldie and assisted Rabab in picking her up and placing her on a bedsheet stretcher so she could go for laser treatment to Delhi from Rabab's home in Noida. There were 24 sessions in three months. Many compassionate donors and health caregivers have stood by Rabab and her rescued dogs in their hour of need. These kind persons have greatly helped to feed, treat, and give these souls healthier and happier lives.
